It seems like TikTok is actually going to get banned this time. Just in case it does, you can use this template to extract all accounts you’re following and follow them on other platforms way easier than going one by one using the TikTok app.
All you need to do is request your data from TikTok and import it into this spreadsheet. Once you do that, you'll be able to find their username for IG and Youtube. If you want to add additional domains to check with different platforms, you can do that too!
